Zesty Cocktail Sauce!

Cocktail sauce may not be the first condiment that comes to mind, but you have to admit that it gives that certain something extra to fish and shrimp. And this recipe promises to have each vibrant flavor dance across your tongue in a happy dance of glee!

Take yourself out of the box and try it on celery stalks, chicken fingers, wings and even lumpia! Hubs uses this almost as much as mayonnaise so I make it quite often.

I think when you taste it and see just how flavorful it is, you'll be addicted too!

The jar below is an antique 1 litre glass jar and there is 24oz of sauce in there. If you think this is too much for you, simply cut the recipe in half. Enjoy!

1 Cup Chili Sauce
1 Cup Ketchup
3/4 Cup Prepared Horseradish
4 Teaspoon Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Tablespoon Raw Honey
1 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 Teaspoon Hot Sauce

Combine all ingredients into a bowl and whisk thoroughly. Chill and serve. Keep refrigerated.
